Tangible Digital Data // Non-occupiable Interiors

A tangible and visual representation of remaining storage within digital systems to create spatial awareness in non-occupiable environments. This piece challenges the hidden interiors of digital systems and contributes to a dialogue of which elements should/could be extracted into physical space.

“Storage Full” - Sparked by frustrations from storage pop-ups, this work represents a physical representation of storage creating a visual for users with storage levels that may often teter on the edge.

Revised mechanics system

Final Iteration - Revised form to have a more exagerrated fall through a wall-hung slanted slope. Created internal storage for arduino and servo within lower stationary cube to allow a flat surface against the wall.
